PURE INSTANT GRANULATED COFFEE
This product resembles roast & ground coffee in appearance and uses the best of the coffee beans, carefully chosen for this purpose. This product is a brown granulated Instant Coffee produced from a blend of Arabica & Robusta coffee beans. Vayhan uses the traditional method of agglomerating that maintains the rich freshness of coffee. The essential feature of this process is that in a plane of falling powder stream, a jet of steam is allowed to mix with powder to make it immediately wet. This step causes coffee particles to come in contact one another providing the opportunity for collision. Thus, the falling powder is agglomerated into what is commonly known as granulated coffee – or in coffee lovers’ lingo – a stimulating cuppa coffee.

VAYHAN Coffee manufacturing is based on the convergence of the best technologies in the world for the instant/ agglomerated coffee manufacturing. The criticality of certain operations on quality is well taken care in the selection, execution and operation of the plant. This project packs in the cumulative experiences in this field from world over and run by a team of highly experienced and trained quality professionals to deliver the products to suit customer needs and profile.
The plant has been designed incorporating the latest technology of instant coffee process to achieve and retain most of the taste & aroma of roast & ground coffee. It has been a challenge to the coffee technologists to manufacture instant coffee matching freshly brewed coffee taste.
Our knowledge and feel of the customers is based on our interactions and understanding over the years of experience and learning, which has given us the ultimate know-how on soluble coffee and the parameters that will ensure ever lasting relationship with customers and consumers.
VCL has specially selected roasting, extraction and aroma recovery technologies that enables VCL to develop and recover ground coffee flavour and add back to instant coffee for an excellent taste.
The manufacturing facility can produce 3600 MT of instant coffee per year in most hygienic environment in both spray dried and agglomerated varieties. The equipment is carefully chosen to ensure that the product is untouched through out the entire production process.
The facility is ISO and HACCP compliant and all its products meet International Standards.
VCL has adopted a facility line where all type of coffee beans can be roasted selectively with profile and controlled roasting for developing the right flavour and taste. With this flexibility, various blends can be prepared keeping in mind the wide consumer tastes and markets across the globe. Apart from the excellent facility, a team of experienced people is put into the operation to maintain the stringent quality and to respond to any consumer needs, on time.
The customer only needs to ask and we can replicate any kind of blend with any kind of specification in our premises, owing to intricate research, in which we take great pride. The result is our ability to produce virtually almost any kind of blend or taste within the two types of soluble coffee, namely Spray Dried & Granulated, in order to suit any specific market requirement.
